Žemdirbiai skatinami įsirengti biodujas ar biometaną naudojančias grūdų džiovyklas

Paskelbta: 2024-01-04

Nuo sausio 8 d. ūkininkai, pripažinti žemės ūkio kooperatyvai ir įmonės, norinčios įsirengti biodujas ar biometaną naudojančias grūdų džiovyklas, galės teikti paraiškas ir gauti subsidijas.

Paraiškos paramai gauti bus renkamos pagal 2022–2030 metų plėtros programos valdytojos Aplinkos ministerijos aplinkos apsaugos ir klimato kaitos valdymo plėtros programos pažangos priemonę „Biometano ir (ar) biodujų panaudojimas žemės ūkyje pakeičiant dyzelinį kurą“. Šia priemone siekiama sumažinti išmetamų šiltnamio efektą sukeliančių dujų kiekį ir paskatinti mažiau naudoti iškastinio kuro.

Iš Klimato kaitos programos lėšų 2024 metų kvietimui skiriama 2 mln. Eur. Kompensacinė išmoka vienam pareiškėjui yra 65 proc. tinkamų finansuoti išlaidų sumos, neviršijant 33 tūkst. Eur.

Paraiškas priims Aplinkos projektų valdymo agentūra (APVA). Jos bus renkamos tol, kol pakaks priemonei skirtų lėšų, bet ne ilgiau kaip 12 mėnesių nuo kvietimo pradžios. Paraiškas subsidijai gauti reikės teikti per informacinę sistemą APVIS (https://apvis.apva.lt).

Parama bus teikiama:

dyzelinį kurą naudojančių grūdų džiovyklos įrenginiams perdaryti į biodujas ar biometaną naudojančius grūdų džiovyklos įrenginius;
biometano ir (ar) biodujų saugojimo įrenginiams;
biometano ir (ar) biodujų užpildymo įrangai;
biometano ir (ar) biodujų degikliams, degimo kameroms arba (ir) įrenginiams, kuriuose gaminama elektros energija ir šiluma, šilumos perdavimo oro šildymui įrenginiams;
visos šios įrangos ir sistemų montavimo darbams.

Pareiškėjui subsidija bus išmokama tik įsigijus ir sumontavus įrangą bei pateikus vieną mokėjimo prašymą. Įgyvendinus projektą turės veikti biodujų ar biometaną naudojanti grūdų džiovykla.
