Citrinų skonio tiramisu prireiks ne kavos: pavergs visų smaližių širdis

Citrininis tiramisu

Reikės:

200 g „Savoiardi“ sausainių („Damų pirštelių“) 400 g maskarponės 4 kiaušinių trynių 2 kiaušinių baltymų 150 g cukraus 100 g baltojo šokolado 1 stiklinės citrininio „Limoncello“ likerio šviežių mėtų 1 chemikalais neapdorotos, ekologiškos citrinos žievelės

Lengvai pamirkykite sausainius „Limoncello“ likeryje ir išdėstykite juos vieną šalia kito pasirinktame inde. Dubenyje elektriniu maišytuvu išplakite iki putų trynius su cukrumi. Įmaišykite maskarponę ir pusę tarkuotos citrinos žievelės ir toliau plakite, kol gausite vientisą mišinį. Labai švelniais judesiais, maišydami iš apačios į viršų, sudėkite prieš tai iki standžių putų išplaktus baltymus (naudokite mentelę arba medinį šaukštą). Pusę maskarponės kremo užklokite ant sausainių sluoksnio ir užtarkuokite šiek tiek baltojo šokolado. Išdėliokite kitą sausainių, išmirkytų likeryje, sluoksnį ir užbaikite maskarponės kremu. Įdėkite į šaldytuvą, kad sutvirtėtų, mažiausiai 3 valandoms. Prieš patiekdami papuoškite tiramisu likusia citrinos žievele, supjaustyta plonomis juostelėmis, smulkintu baltuoju šokoladu ir keliais mėtų lapeliais.
