Galiūnas iš Alytaus Lietuvos čempionate iškovojo sidabro medalį!
Kupiškyje vykusiame Lietuvos galiūnų čempionate su stipriausiais Lietuvos vyrais varžėsi ir alytiškis Modestas Struckus.
Sportininkams reikėjo įveikti 7 rungtis: traktoriaus tempimo (20 m); hantelio kėlimo (95 kg); maišų metimo (15 kg; 17.5 kg ; 20 kg; 22.5 kg; 25 kg; 27 kg); pritūpimo (280 kg); akmens metimo (25 kg) ir svorių nešimo (15 m+15 m 210 kg).
M. Struckus čempionate pademonstravo puikią fizinę formą ir iškovojo garbingą antrą vietą. Sportininką treniruoja Vilmantas Bliujus.
