Įsigyti vaistą nuo COVID-19 ligos bus galima bet kurioje vaistinėje
Įtraukus COVID-19 ligos gydymui skirtą vaistą Nirmatrelvirą / Ritonavirą (Paxlovid) į bendrą kompensavimo sistemą, nuo rugsėjo 19 d. keičiasi šio vaisto išrašymo ir išdavimo tvarka. Gydytojai galės paskirti šį vaistą kaip kompensuojamąjį, o pacientai galės jį įsigyti visose Lietuvos vaistinėse.
„Dėl šio pakeitimo naudą pajus ne tik pacientai, kuriems bus paprasčiau ir patogiau įsigyti vaistą nuo COVID-19 ligos, bet ir gydytojai, kurie galės jį išrašyti kaip bet kurį kitą kompensuojamąjį vaistą“, – sako sveikatos apsaugos viceministras Daniel Naumovas.
Iki šiol vaistas Nirmatrelviras / Ritonaviras buvo perkamas Sveikatos apsaugos ministerijos Ekstremalių sveikatai situacijų centro per Europos Komisijos organizuojamus bendruosius pirkimus ir išduodamas tik „Eurovaistinės“ tinklo vaistinėse, turint gydytojo išrašytą popierinį receptą.
Pacientams svarbu atkreipti dėmesį, kad pagal receptus, išrašytus iki rugsėjo 18 d., vaistą bus galima atsiimti iki rugsėjo 23 d. tik „Eurovaistinės“ tinklo vaistinėse. Pagal receptus, išrašytus nuo rugsėjo 19 d., kompensuojamąjį vaistą Nirmatrelviras / Ritonaviras pacientai galės įsigyti visose vaistinėse.
Gydytojams svarbu atkreipti dėmesį, kad nuo rugsėjo 19 d. vaistui Nirmatrelvirui / Ritonavirui turi būti išrašomas E. receptas kaip kompensuojamajam vaistui, jei paciento būklė atitinka kompensuojamąsias indikacijas paskirti minimą vaistą.
Nirmatrelviras / Ritonaviras gali būti skiriamas 18 metų ir vyresniems pacientams, kuriems COVID-19 ligos (koronaviruso infekcijos) simptomai prasidėjo prieš 5 paras arba vėliau, turintiems bent vieną iš progresavimo į sunkią ligą rizikos veiksnių: cukrinį diabetą, nutukimą (KMI ≥ 35 kg/m2), lėtinę plaučių ligą (įskaitant astmą), lėtinę inkstų ligą, imunitetą slopinančią ligą arba imunitetą slopinančiąją terapiją, kardiovaskulinę ligą, hipertenziją, pjautuvo pavidalo ląstelių anemiją, neurologinio vystymosi sutrikimų, aktyvų vėžį, nuo medicinos technologijų priklausomą sveikatos būklę. Vaistas taip pat galės būti skiriamas 70 metų ir vyresniems pacientams, gyvenantiems slaugos ar globos įstaigose, nepriklausomai nuo gretutinių ligų.
