Prisiminimų pievomis prabėgo dienos,
Nusinešė jaunystės grožį, meilės svajones,
Ir kuždesiai, kurie kuteno mano ausį,
Seniai ištirpo laiko tėkmėje.
Bet gera grįžti ten, kur suposi jaunystė,
Lyg karuselė laimei užsukta,
Ir nesvarbu, kad laikas nesugrįžta, –
Širdy išsaugojome tai, kuo džiaugėmės tada.
O toj širdy tiek daug prisiminimų,
Šimtai svajonių – išgalvotų ir tikrų,
Ir daug, oi, daug ten išbraidytų meilės pievų,
Ramunių burtams daug žiedelių nuskintų.
Ir laimės valandos po gluosniu,
Mylėjom jo nusvirusias šakas,
Dar ligi šiol jis stovi ten lyg šventas
Ir saugo musų paslaptis visas.
Patinka man braidyt prisiminimų pieva.
Sugrįžti ten, kur jau nebūsiu niekada.
Džiaugiuosi, kad galiu netrukdoma svajoti,
Prisiminimuos gluosnio šaką glostyti ranka.
