Moterų krepšinio triumfas tarptautiniame turnyre: alytiškės iškovojo auksą!
Sausio 17–19 d. Latvijoje vyko tarptautinis veteranų krepšinio turnyras „Cesis Basket Cup“, kuriame dėl medalių įvairiose amžiaus grupėse varžėsi 56 komandos iš septynių Europos šalių. Lietuvai ir Alytui moterų (50+) grupėje atstovavo legendinė „RKL“ komanda. Po atkaklių kovų alytiškės triumfavo ir pasidabino čempionių medaliais.
Alytaus miestą šiame turnyre garsino aktyvios sportininkės, ilgametės „RKL“ komandos narės: Kristina Grižienė, Egidija Paužuolienė, Jolanta Jurčiuvienė, Rima Daunienė, Violeta Beržinskienė, Diana Baranovska. Prie jų šiemet prisijungė ir puikiai komandą sustiprino Ingrida Jonkutė, Jolanta Vilutytė bei Gražvydė Narušienė.
Alytaus moterų krepšinio komandos triumfas šiame turnyre dar kartą patvirtina jų jėgą ir atsidavimą sportui. Nuoseklus darbas treniruotėse, užsispyrimas ir aistra krepšiniui leidžia šioms sportininkėms pasiekti aukščiausius rezultatus ir garsinti Alytaus vardą ne tik Lietuvoje, bet ir tarptautiniu mastu.
