Nacionalinė parama pieno gamintojams – jau netrukus
Nuo rugsėjo 19 d. pradedama mokėti 2022 m. pereinamojo laikotarpio nacionalinė parama už pieną. Apie 14 tūkst. pieno gamintojų bus išmokėta 12,3 mln. Eur. Paramos dydis –15,46 Eur už atskaitos laikotarpiu parduoto pieno toną.
Pagrindiniai reikalavimai atsietajai nacionalinei paramai už 2022 metus gauti liko tokie patys, kaip ir 2021 metais. Parama mokama tiems gamintojams, kurie 2006–2007 kvotos metais pardavė pieną ir 2007 m. kovo 31 d. turėjo nustatytą pieno gamybos kvotą.
Be to, pretendentai į nacionalinę paramą už pieną turi būti įsiregistravę valdos valdytojais arba partneriais Žemės ūkio ir kaimo verslo registre. Valdos, kurioje pieno gamintojas registruotas valdytoju arba partneriu, valdytojas turi būti 2022 metais deklaravęs žemės ūkio naudmenų ir pasėlių plotus. Kaip ir 2021 metais, parama bus mokama tiems pieno gamintojams, kurių vardu 2022 m. sausio–birželio mėnesiais Ūkinių gyvūnų registre buvo registruotos pieninės karvės.
Tiems pieno gamintojams, kurie atskaitos laikotarpiu pardavė pieną, tačiau šių metų sausio-birželio mėnesiais pieninių karvių neturėjo, parama nebus mokama.
Paramos sumą kiekvienam paramos gavėjui apskaičiuos Žemės ūkio informacijos ir kaimo verslo centras, išmokės Nacionalinė mokėjimo agentūra prie Žemės ūkio ministerijos. Patiems pieno gamintojams paraiškų teikti nereikia, nes duomenys bus imami iš registrų.
