„Gero ūkininko“ čempionate gali dalyvauti patys įvairiausi ūkiai – tiek dideli, tiek maži, auginantys daržoves, javus, gyvulius, uogas ar užsiimantys kitokia ūkine veikla bei gaminantys įvairią produkciją.
