Primena apie prievolę – jai įvykdyti liko pora savaičių
Valstybinė mokesčių inspekcija (VMI) primena, kad gyventojai, kuriems nuosavybės teise priklauso nekilnojamasis turtas (NT), savo verte viršijantis 220 tūkst. eurų, šio mokesčio deklaraciją už 2018 metus VMI turi pateikti ir mokestį sumokėti iki šių metų gruodžio 17 dienos. „Atkreipiame dėmesį, kad nuo šių metų deklaracija teikiama tik el. būdu per VMI el. deklaravimo sistemą, pasirinkus formą KIT715.“, ― sako VMI Mokestinių prievolių departamento direktorė Stasė Aliukonytė-Šnirienė. Iš viso šiemet iki gruodžio 17 d. NT mokestį turi sumokėti apie 3,5 tūkst. gyventojų. Už 2017 m. šią deklaraciją pateikė apie 3,5 tūkst. gyventojų. Iš viso už 2017 m. šio mokesčio sumokėta 1,2 mln. eurų. Tai yra apie 40 tūkst. eurų daugiau nei 2016 metais. Pakito NT, kurio vertė viršija 220 tūkst. eurų mokesčio skaičiavimo tvarka. Kuomet fizinio asmens turimo NT vertė yra didesnė už: neapmokestinamąjį dydį (220 tūkst. eurų), tačiau neviršija 300 tūkst. eurų, taikomas 0,5 procento mokesčio tarifas; 300 tūkst. eurų, tačiau neviršija 500 tūkst. eurų, taikomas 1 procento mokesčio tarifas; 500 tūkst. eurų ir daugiau, taikomas 2 procentų mokesčio tarifas.
